I've been throigh about 6 companies over the years with my apartments. None of them have kept my business except bluefrog. They have fair prices great service and are responsive and understanding. I am so glad I called Blue Frog! We had a terrible contractor that didn't finish the job and was told it would be thousands of dollars to fix our water pressure.I wanted a second opinion and called Blue Frog. The receptionist was very polite and booked a next day appointment.John Doane was our plumber and he was professional and polite and most importantly he knows his trade. He checked everything out and was able to find the problem. It was a pretty simple fix. It did not involve completely putting in new pipes to the kitchen and bathroom like we were told by other plumber. He probably saved us $2,000.00!!! He will have our business from here on out and I will recommend him to anyone.

Great plumbing service that is responsible on price. Speedy service. Did not try to take advantage of a bad situation with my home plumbing. Blaine is a knowledgeable and an excellent plumber. He is great with his explanation about the problem and the solution. Wonderful service. Previous plumbing companies charged excess costs for simple solutions. I had a massive plumbing job which involved replacing under slab pipes. 😓Blaine was in charge of this project, and i want to say this: Blaine and the others at BlueFrog were extremely helpful, friendly and most of all-- they assessed the problem, and by the next day he had the job initiated. Within a week's time the job was complete and my plumbing is working like new again!!!😀 I would MOST DEFINITELY use BlueFrog services again for ANY of my future plumbing needs... as well as recommend this company to anyone I know... and anyone who reads this comment. Great service! Jimmy the service tech was on target and dedicated to get our water heater installed & connected properly ✅. It was nice not to have to worry about anything. I had a leaky valve on an outside faucet that was really worrying me. I called Bluefrog and a pleasant voice wished me a good day, set up a same day appointment for a consultation, and sent Mr. Mark another pleasant person to my home who assured me that the repair could be completed the very next day. Smooth and thorough! Johnny came in, made an assessment, gave a quote, went to Home Depot to get the necessary material. Fixed the problem. Done! I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them.
